Why chose mobile pet grooming?

Mobile pet grooming offers a stress free environment for you and your pet. Imagine not wrestling your pet into a carrier, into a vehicle, or car rides and traffic. Imagine not having to take the time out of your busy day to drop off and pick up. Imagine being able to have a happy, friendly, groomer greet you at your home or office. Your pet will no longer have to be groomed in an environment with the potential of exposure to illness, fleas, and the stress of other barking dogs. Never again will your pet have to wait hours on end in a cage, listening to the unfamiliar cries of other animals waiting for their turn to be groomed. You and your dog will always have the same groomer available to talk to and go over your pets service. This ensures that you always have personalized one-on-one service. We utilize a luxury bathing system that not only gets your pet squeeky clean but provides great relief for dogs with hip displaysia, muscle aches, and arthritis. We maintain a clean, sanitary, professional environment. We only use safe, all natural, organic, detergent-free, pesticide-free products on your pet. Our unique spa services and our luxury grooming van ensure that you and your best friend have a professional, courteous, positive, stress free, and relaxing pet grooming experience.

What can I expect when booking a appointment with Paw Spa Mobile Grooming Salon?

You can expect nothing less than a 5 star experience from Paw Spa Mobile Grooming. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of pet grooming, and a special experience for our clients- both human and pet. Typically, due to the nature of our mobile grooming service it is necessary for us to keep our pet clients on a set recurring grooming schedule of 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. We begin all our scheduling appointments by asking you detailed questions about your pets health, grooming history, and your grooming expectations. A one hour arrival window will be given to you based on your scheduled appointment. When we arrive for your first appointment we will have a very thorough consultation going over your pet from nose to tail. We will further discuss your grooming expectations, and go over any additional requests or concerns you may have. After our discussion we will wisk your pet away returning your best friend fresh, clean, and feeling great. *We ask that you please email a copy of your rabies certificate , approve & sign our service agreement prior to your appointment for our records.

Do you use our electricity or water?

Never. We are completely self sufficient and completely green too. All we leave behind is a clean happy pet.

Can I see the inside of your van?

Absolutely! We are very proud of  our luxury mobile grooming van and are happy to give you a tour when we arrive for your appointment. We just ask for privacy while we are grooming your pet. Sometimes pets can become distressed or excited during the grooming process when they see their pet parents and it can make it difficult to safely complete their grooming treatments.

Tell me more about your grooming van?

Our luxury grooming van is a fully self contained mobile grooming unit. The van contains a  stainless steel tub, water heater, fresh and grey water tanks. All of our clients receive massaging hydro baths. The hydro bath gets right down to the skin on even the thickest of coats while providing a comforting massage on achey muscles and stiff joints.  For power we use an Onan 7000 quiet commercial generator. Our van is 100% green and requires no idling to operate. A comfortable pet is a happy pet, so our mobile salon is climate controlled. Rest assured when its cold outside our van is warm and toasty. We have a roof mounted  air conditioner to keep your pet cool on those scorching sunny days. We use only the very best products, tools and accessories available!

My schedule is really busy, and I do not always have time to schedule service. How can you accommodate me?

After our first few visits we are more then happy to serve you and your pet without you present. You can leave keys with us or with a neighbor/doorman etc. and you can come home to a clean and happy pet.

Grooming salons keep my pet sometimes all day, how long does mobile grooming take?

Grooming salons take in a high volume of animals every day. Your animal is often in a cage surrounded by screaming and barking pets all day while they wait for service. Mobile grooming is a one-to-one service. On average animals take 1-2 hours to groom. For added convenience we can also make arrangements to groom your pet while you are away so you can come home to a fresh clean pet!

How old does my puppy have to be to have their first spa day?

An early start on a grooming regimen is helping the groomer and your best friend start off on the right paw. Grooming is something your pet will need monthly for the rest of their lives so sooner the better! We recommend starting after 8 weeks of age, after appropriate shots have been administered and puppy is weaned, and healthy.
